How do I join a session?
Create a free account, open Sessions and choose a session that suits you. The session page shows its organiser, location, time, requirements and available places before you join.
Can I save my favourite locations?
Yes. Add any location to your favourites for faster access to its updates, conditions and future sessions. Your favourites stay linked to your account across devices.
For clubs & businesses

Can my club or business have its own page?
Yes. Organisations can publish a branded page with memberships, bookable sessions, events, notices and the locations where they operate.
Can we manage paid bookings and memberships?
Yes. Organisation tools cover membership tiers, paid sessions, capacities, participant questions, add-ons, attendance and booking administration.
Can Forium content appear on our existing website?
Yes. Organisations can add selected events, memberships and notices to their own website using the website integration tools in Organisation Admin.

What types of events can I run?
Forium supports grassroots meets, multi-day events and competitions, with schedules, ticket tiers, attendee questions, notices, chat and check-in tools.
How do attendees receive updates?
Organisers can publish notices and urgent changes to the event noticeboard. Attendees can also use event chat, polls and in-app notifications to stay informed.
