West Shore beach in Llandudno is much quieter than the North Shore. This is a sandy beach which is popular with holidaymakers. The beach faces west toward Conwy Bay where low tide reveals a large stretch of sand, which is great for kite-surfers. It's also well-known for its stunning sunsets. THere are large lagoons that flood at various staes of the tide. providing flat water. There is a café with parking and toilet facilities by the beach.
