Twyford Bridge (River Medway)

Park in The Lees car park (it is a paid carpark roughly £3.50 per day though may vary) .You can launch on the lower side of the weir via a small slipway. Paddle under the bridge and down stream. You can paddle down stream to towards Hampstead Marina hand a left in to the Marina towards Hampstead Lock. There are Canoe platforms so you can easily get out and carry your Canoe / paddle board around the Lock. Jump back in and carry on paddling the canal and you'll soon be back near where you started. There is a Cafe at the start/end point called Teapot island.
