Stockwell Skatepark

Stockwell is the second spiritual home of Concrete Waves - after Hackney Bumps! We love it because it has lovely curved flowing shapes that are awesome for surfskating - these are a throw back to the 70s - modern skateparks don't tend to have anything like it 😍 It's got a rich history in UK skateboarding, and is looked after by h In mid 2022 it was closed for 3 months for resurfacing, which led to us having meetups all over London and discovering more great places. It was great before the resurfacing - as long as you remembered where the holes and patches of gravel were 😂. After the resurfacing, it really is phenomenal, betongpark_ltd did an amazing job to keep the existing shapes, give a super-smooth surface, and turn it red again 🙂
