Par Sands

Par Sands is on the South coast of Corwall, it is situated in between Fowey and St Austell. It has a huge expanse of sand when the tide is out. Someone told us that the locals call it “Parbados” probably something to do with the fact that there is a huge holiday park directly behind it. It’s a great beach for learning to kite surf as the water is super shallow off high tide. There are no tidal restrictions as such but the better conditions are usually between mid to low tide.
