This area is situated in a disused station corridor below platforms 1 to 4, which is almost always devoid of pedestrians due to redevelopment work that took place in 2018 and 2020. As a result, the spot has become a dead end with no current plans for future development.
Despite this, the location is just a 2-minute walk from Guy's Colonnade, the second covered spot, and a 1-minute walk from London Bridge Walk, the third covered spot. This makes it an ideal hub for meetups during the winter months.
Since the area is TFL property, there is a possibility that staff may ask us to leave during their rounds of the premises (which typically occur every hour). However, this depends on the staff's willingness to enforce the rules. Fortunately, at the majority of meetups, we have been fortunate enough to have some time to skate before being asked to leave in the worst-case scenario.
HOW TO FIND IT
As per images attached, the best option is to approach from the entrance of the Shard (facing Guy's Hospital) and continue up the escalator straight till the spot is located. The corridor is on the left of the Redwood Sport pub and Kitchen
