About
At Drybeck
Although we have the Lake District and the North Pennines on our doorstep there is much to do in and around Drybeck. You could simply relax by the river or take a stroll through the woods.
There are ideal spots along the local section of the river for wild swimming.
There are also plenty of walking routes, whether down the river towards Wetheral or upstream to Armathwaite and the ancient rock carvings in the Eden Gorge, Coombe Woods, or around High Stand.
Pop in to Muster, the onsite shop which stocks soft furnishings and interiors which are sourced from ethical, fair-trade suppliers from all round the world. Muster also stocks art work from local artists. You will see many items from the shop around your accommodation so if you see something you like then come and have a look around.
Our 2 wooden cabins, The Wigloo and The Lantern house and Croglin and The Shepherds Wagon have their own private wood fired hot tubs alongside them, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Eden Valley and the Lakes . For more information on the pricing, booking and use of the hot tubs visit our FAQ’s page
