Chipstead Lakes

Chipstead Lake (also known as Longford Lake) is man-made, the result of gravel extraction. It has an area of 30 hectares (74 acres) and is used for: angling by Homesdale Angling Society sailing by Chipstead Sailing Club Access to Chipstead lakes is managed by Chipstead Sailing club. The lakes are privatley owned so you do need to contact the club to agree terms of usage. Check out the link for the current rules and protocols
