About
This is a great wide open spot for flat ground practice.
The whole upper concourse around the stadium is skateable with a nice surface, with the widest area by the Herbert Chapman statue in the south east corner. It is lit at night, and so a good spot for winter evenings.
The Danny Fiszman Bridge has a gentle gradient which runs out into the main flat area nicely, and there's a longer downhill ramp down to street level on the south side which is wide enough for lovely carving turns.
Just remember to check the Arsenal fixture list before planning a session here - it will be too crowded to skate on a match day!
